While I was riding on HWY 141 this morning going 60, the bolt that connects my shifter to the shift linkage decided to fall off. Fortunately, I was able to pull off into an industrial area: I found an old piece of wire that I was able to tie the linkage with so it wouldnt drag on the ground, and I rode to Docs Harley stuck in 2nd gear. I walked in to the dealer right when they opened at 10am. Since its Saturday, they already had a small line of people who actually had appointments pulling their bikes up. But they saw me and asked what was up: I told them, the tech walks over to parts, grabs a new bolt, and puts everything back together in minutes. Thank you, Docs!!!

I just wanted to say that you were the best group of people ever to work with. You worked hard for almost a year to find us what we wanted and never let up. I think we met everyone there except the owner and every employee was fantastic and treated us like we were the only people there. I have never been in a car or motorcycle dealership that treated us so well. We highly recommend this dealer and will tell everyone we know about them. Thank you Doug for finding us what we wanted and not giving up on us and everyone else for your help. You are ALL the best.

I remain very pleased with the entire Doc's Family. Every experience has been very favorable and very personally docused on what I may need, how best to attain that, and then things are followed through by all of the folks at Doc's.I Just turned my 2016 Sportster in for an initial 1000 mile service and enjoyed free at-home-pick-up and holiday discounted labor rates. All was done well in every regard from Rick's Maintenance/Service Team: the man who pickec-up the bike, to the Parts guys who ordered things, to the wash-n-detail man, to the technician who turned the wrenches. Rick explained everything, did thorough Quality Control and provided good counsel (as have Ryan, Seth and Bob on the Parts Team) It is always fun and educational to stop in at Doc's to visit with Matt and Phill in Sales and to learn more about my bike from Ryan, Bob, and Seth in Parts and Rick in Service. Tina in MotorClothing always checks to see what next to add to my Wish-List. These folks and their staff really do it all right!

Wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service received from Rick Feldman. My 2014 Electra Glide broke down on the road last week (clutch would not disengage). Called my warranty #, advised to call a tow truck. Three hours later still no tow truck. Called Docs and Rick Feldman worked in my pickup to get me to the shop. He got my bike repaired ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. He also kept me informed at every step of the process. Rick is a credit to your organization! Thanks again!

From May 17th to June 18th we were traveling throughout the US completing our bucket list trip of riding our Harley's in each of the 48 contiguous States. On the 21st we stopped to get a 10,000 mile service done on my trike. Your service department fit us in since we were traveling. Ed's bike had an issue so the tech also looked at it. Nothing could be found, the bike was checked out & approved for future use.
I was impressed that Rick spoke directly to me about the service on my trike, many of the service personnel discuss mechanical things with my husband. While the bikes were being serviced we went to lunch with Steve at a local favorite. It was great to meet so many of the Doc's family- all were very welcoming.
As we continued our trip the issue with Ed's bike escalated so we went to Hideout Harley in Joplin MO. They were not able to detect what the issue was so they sent us on our way saying the bike could freeze up- not comforting when you have 6,000 miles to finish a trip. We went back to Doc's. Tim, Steve and many in the service department worked to find the issue. Greg offered many options and finally the problem was found. Parts were sent over night from Spokane WA so there would not be further delays.
Without the dedication of the Doc's employees we would not have been able to complete our bucket list trip of a lifetime. Please let everyone involved know how much we thank them.
We visited 31 Harley dealers in our 8700 mile trip and Doc's was the friendliest, Pensacola also had an excellent service department and helped us with a small issue. Most other Harley stores did not engage with us at all. When they asked for information to put us in their cash register I would say oh that is not necessary since we are just traveling through from Idaho. Very few used that as a lead in to ask about our trip or to engage in a conversation. So different from what we get in Spokane WA & now at Doc's in MO. Thanks to the Ernst family especially Greg and Beth for having the best dealers in the US.

I finally got the thumbs up to purchase a Harley-Davidson motorcycle as a retirement gift of sorts to symbolize completion of over 21 years of active service. From the moment I stepped in the door at Doc's, I was impressed by the sense of family that each employee brought to the business. The folks in sales are fantastic! They took the time to ensure the bike I settled on (a Heritage Softail Classic in Superior Blue paint scheme)was the right fit for me. I couldn't be happier. My husband and I purchased a 2015 Street Glide from Doc's on Saturday, April 4th. You took our Corvette and Harley as a trade in.
I am writing this letter to you to express our appreciation for all that your employees did to ensure our satisfaction with the sale. Our sales representative, Shane, and your business manager, Jared, went above and beyond to make this deal work out for everyone.
We were at your store until close to 8:00 that night, as you know since you were there as well. Jake in the service area even stayed to install the backrest for me so that I was comfortable on our ride home.
My husband has purchases several motorcycles over the years from Doc's and any work that needs to be done is always from Doc's as well. You can rest assured that we will continue to be long term customers of Doc's. The customer service is extraordinary and everyone makes you feel like family.

Wow! I have been looking at Harley's for over 7 years and this past weekend May 23, 2015 the dream became a reality! I bought a Heritage Softail Classic, the color is Black Magic which I fell in love with! The sales person was concerned about making sure that I had the right bike to fit me physically and find a bike that would fit me for the type of riding I will be doing! He was awesome!! After deciding on the bike I wanted I went on a poker run through each department, service, parts, motor clothes, then finishing at finance! Service with Curtis was terrific he made me feel comfortable with calling anytime with questions about the bike. Parts with Steve and Zak was great because they walked me through options that they felt would make for a more comfortable ride for me and my passenger. Maria in motor clothes was off the hook, she was excited for me and made sure I had they best boots, jacket, helmet, etc..., everything I needed for protection as well as looks, and comfort. Jared in Finance made the entire process quick and simple while explaining my options, I chose to go with the extended warranty because I plan on riding this bike for a long time!!!Greg and Beth Ernst the owners came in to the finance office and welcomed me to the Doc's Harley Davidson Family!! Then we all went out on the sales floor and rang the bell, and I rang the heck out of that bell while a bunch of people were honking horns and cheering. It was a BLAST!!! All I can say is if your going to buy a Harley go to see the team Greg and Beth have put together over at Doc's!!See you all on the road!!

I had heard a family had purchased Doc's and I wanted to give them an opportunity for my business. I could not have been treated kinder from the time I came through the door until the deal was made. I first met Bobby and Roger in sales. They were both straight forward and easy to deal with. I made Roger an offer and he accepted it without having to get someone else involved, I liked that. I met with each department and each person was kinder than the other. I left feeling Doc's appreciated my business and confident that they will always be there for me. In summary, I received a fair deal on my new Harley Freewheeler and a fair trade in on my Harley Softail Deluxe. After the sale I have had great service from the parts department from Steven and Zack. I now recommend Doc's to all my friends.

I was traveling from Atlanta out to the west coast on a bike trip and knew I would like some work done in St Louis. I called Rick a week early to mention my plans and ask whether or not I could be accommodated. Not only could I be accommodated, but Rick took the time on the phone to walk through the job and make sure that he would have all of the parts his crew needed to perform the task and get me on my way. I received a phone call from Matt Butkovich, the General Sales Manager.
It's not often I would be willing to drive approximately 1000 miles from my home to make a purchase of trade on a new bike. I was offered absolutely the best deal in years on a trade or a straight buy on the 2016 models. I will do business at Doc's Harley. It's well worth the drive!Randy
