My husband purchased a Softtail over a year ago at another dealership in the St. Louis area. After visiting different dealerships throughout the year, we found ourselves returning most often & then exclusively to DOC’S. When I began to look for my own bike at the end of this summer, we again visited other dealerships & just did not get the same sense of professionalism, knowledge, welcome, helpfulness… and just plain friendliness that we have always experienced at DOC’S. So my choice again became exclusive. Everyone is helpful & respectful – and that’s important to me.

The bike I purchased at Doc’s Harley-Davidson has been great. The whole experience was quite different than my first purchase of a Harley from another dealership in the area. I am not saying my first experience was bad, but there is quite a difference in the professionalism & caring exhibited by the ownership & employees of Doc’s H-D. I have been as of today to 112 Harley-Davidson dealerships in the U.S. and though most have been just traveling through and buying a t-shirt (yes I collect dealer t-shirts) Doc’s is one that gives a family feel to the establishment, versus just a business feel. Overall my experience with Harley-Davidson has been a great one and one I hope that never changes. Also my experience with Doc’s H-D has been the same, excellent.

I’ve had my bike for just over a month and already have 1,700 miles on it, I’m having a blast. Before the purchase I asked many riders where I should buy my bike and at least 90% said Doc’s was the place to go.
I didn’t shop around for a “deal” and I think I may have paid a little more at Doc’s but that’s okay as I believe to get the best you’re gonna pay a little more for it.
All in all, an awesome bike from an awesome dealer/sales/service/and parts staff. I couldn’t be happier.

Their staff is so knowledgeable and professional in all areas regarding product, sales and service. As an educated consumer I typically shop around and study all aspects and different brands of the item I intend to purchase. This was true in this case. Your competition was (alternate brand). After deciding to purchase my Harley the next step was to inspect different Harley dealerships. I went through four (4). Doc’s in Kirkwood has the “most” knowledgeable staff as well as the key decision maker for me. Doc’s made me feel like I was truly a part of a family group. I will also say that my decision to purchase my Ultra Classic from Doc’s had a lot to do with 2 unexpected employees at Doc’s, Karly and Donna. Karly because she knew so much about the bike and she wasn’t even a bike salesperson. Then when I brought a female friend into the dealership Karly and Donna made her feel like part of the family. In closing, I would say this has been the “best” major purchase experience I have ever had. I will recommend Doc’s to others not only for a bike purchase but also accessories, gifts, etc.
