Doc's has been a proud sponsor of our hometown St. Louis Cardinals since the old Busch Stadium.

We started our first sponsorship with a small sign just below the press box just behind home plate. The sign was part of a package with a broadcast schedule on KMOX for the season.

When KMOX lost their contract to broadcast Cardinals games after decades of doing so, the opportunity to continue sponsoring the Cardinals seemed slim at best. Coupled with a new stadium being built for the 2006 season, we managed to come to the conclusion we might just have to sit in our seats and be content with our small piece of Busch Stadium history, our old sign sitting back in the service department.

But all was not lost. We contacted the Cardinals for sponsorship opportunities and they greeted us with open arms. We were given the opportunity to sponsor a tri-sign in right field (10 minutes on, 10 minutes for each of 2 other sponsors)... and then you know what happened, the Cardinals won the World Series!

Was it the collective powers of the Harley-Davidson community that gave them that extra push to make them world champions? Probably didn't hurt, but the collective frenzy that ensued that year from the New Busch Stadium's Inaugural season with over 3 million fans in attendance may have made the difference.

We continue to sponsor the Cardinals to this day and are proud to be a part of the legacy of our community that has given us so much, not to mention, card carrying members of Cardinal Nation!
